My dad took this picture while enjoying a trip on Amtrak. It is Westbound, going over the San Francisco Bay where the San Joaquin River and Sacramento River come together - approaching Martinez, CA. Amtrak is climbing up to the level of the bridge. This is looking toward the engine.
